Sam Bowers Roofing also does things most roofing companies can’t, don’t, or won’t do. When we strip off an old roof, we pull out the old nails by hand. When we install the underlayment and the shingles, we drive in each nail by hand, using IKO or BP shingles according to the customer’s preference.

We recognize the importance of promoting safe work practices and a safe work environment. All employees are insured under Sam Bowers Roofing and WSIB.

Proper safety equipment is used and inspected regularly. To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers, each employee adheres to Sam Bowers Roofing Workplace Specific Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, and has current Fall Arrest/Protection Training, WHMIS and CPR/First Aid.

I received about a dozen replies and recommendations, and four of them were for Sam Bowers Roofing, now operated by Sam’s son, Bill. I called 3 companies for estimates, and Bill’s quote was the most comprehensive, for example – included adding 3 additional roof vents in the price, as well as a complete layer of ice and water shield. It was no surprise he was booking so far in advance! We booked with him and were very pleased with the quality of workmanship, communication, and clean up. Will definitely highly recommend!
